I realize this is an old post: would you be open to selling your extra copy?

Could be. I saw a post on Twitter asking about selling or trading it for another book. What do you propose?
Figured I'd reach out one more time just in case- I'd propose a combination of cash + a big book to replace the hole on the bookshelf
